Vacancies available at CMAM (“Jóvenes investigadores” Programm)

The Autonomous University of Madrid has made a public call for the contract of several research assistants within the program “Jóvenes Investigadores” of the Autonomous Community of Madrid.

Through this program there are four vacancies available at CMAM:

1. Position 07, CMAM1: The functions of the position are related to participating in the research program in Radiobiology at CMAM, supporting experiments with internal and external users. It will be valued training and/or experience related to Radiobiology. The selection process will be carried out taking into account the following criteria:

  • a) Greater adequacy between academic training and the research
  • b) Specific studies related to the subject to be developed

2. Position 08, CMAM2: The functions of the position are related to participating in the Advanced Materials research program at CMAM, supporting experiments with internal and external users with the technique ERDA-TOF. It will be valued training and/or experience related to Materials and analytical techniques based on ion beams. The selection process will be carried out keeping in mind the following criteria:

  • a) Greater adequacy between academic training and the research.
  • b) Specific studies related to the subject to be developed.

3. Position 09, CMAM3: The functions of the position are related to participating in the Advanced Materials research program at CMAM, supporting experiments with internal and external users with the techniques IBA and modification of materials on STD and IMP beamlines. It will be valued training and/or experience related to Advanced Materials and techniques based on ione beams. The selection process will be carried out taking into account the following criteria:

  • a) Greater adequacy between academic training and the research.
  • b) Specific studies related to the subject to be developed.

4. Position 10, CMAM4: The functions of the position are related to participating in the Advanced Materials research program at CMAM, supporting experiments with internal and external users with the techniques PIXE and other complementary techniques based on the use of the internal microbeam. It will be valued training and/or experience related to Advanced Materials and Analytical techniques based on ion beams (microbeam). The selection process will be carried out taking into account the following criteria:

  • a) Greater adequacy between academic training and the research.
  • b) Specific studies related to the subject to be developed.
