“4ºESO + Empresa” Program 2026

CMAM has once again taken part in the “Programa 4º ESO + Empresa”, which took place from March 23 to 26 at the Centre for Microanalysis of Materials.

This program is an educational initiative promoted by the Community of Madrid, aimed at students in the fourth year of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) enrolled in publicly funded schools. The program is voluntary and seeks to bring the education system closer to the professional world. These educational placements in companies, organisations, and institutions help young people to be better prepared to make decisions about their academic and professional futures, fostering motivation and providing them with essential skills.

This year, six students took part over a period of four days, under the supervision of our young researchers María Reiz, Pablo Campos, and Clara García, as well as members of the technical staff, including Antonio Rodríguez and Vicente García. The planned activities enabled students to gain first-hand insight into the daily operations of a unique scientific facility.
